5.2 Opt-Out and Help

• Reply STOP to any message to opt out of receiving further SMS/MMS messages from VS Reserves. Upon receipt of your STOP request, we will send a single confirmation message and cease further messaging.

5.3 Consent

Some SMS messages may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence (AI) technology acting on behalf of Vincent Salvatoriello. These AI-assisted messages are designed to provide you with timely and relevant information about your insurance inquiry. All AI-generated communications are overseen by and operate under the direction of Vincent Salvatoriello.

6. Voice and Phone Communications

6.1 Call Recording

Phone calls with VS Reserves may be recorded for quality assurance, training, compliance, and record-keeping purposes. By continuing a phone call with us after being informed of recording, you consent to the recording of the call.

6.2 AI-Assisted Voice Calls

VS Reserves may use AI-powered voice technology to initiate or assist with phone calls on behalf of Vincent Salvatoriello. You will be informed at the beginning of any AI-assisted call. You may request to speak with Vincent directly or end the call at any time.

7. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Once your information is shared with an insurance carrier, their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policy.
