Message and data rates may apply. The cost is determined by your mobile carrier and your plan. VS Reserves is not responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier.
You may opt out of the SMS program at any time. Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message. After we receive your opt-out request, we will send you a single confirmation message and you will not receive any further SMS messages from VS Reserves unless you opt in again.

Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any insurance product or service from VS Reserves. You can request quotes, schedule appointments, and purchase coverage without consenting to SMS.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of data exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Messages are sent via standard SMS and MMS protocols and are compatible with major U.S. mobile carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and their MVNOs. Carrier delivery is not guaranteed. VS Reserves is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Some text messages may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence (AI) technology operating under the supervision of Vincent Salvatoriello. AI-assisted messages follow the same opt-in, opt-out, and content rules described in these terms.
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
